Apparently, not all Organic milks are created equally. This website has investigated, tested, studied, and rated the majority of Organic milks that are on the market right now. Since reviewing this, and delving a little deeper into my study of Organic dairy, we have switched from Horizons (who seem to have a really bad rep in the Organics world) to Organic Valley.
